I was majorly into running before I had kiddos. Looking back at photos I was in GREAT shape 5'5" 115 lbs all muscle. (I remember feeling critical of my body then! -boy was I crazy) Had a lot of trouble getting pregnant and a twin pregnancy wrecked my body. Trying now to get my body back and learn to appreciate it even if it isn't perfect.
Just coming by to say hi and see how you are doing. I hope all is well. We miss hearing from you on the message boards. How's the running going? I'm getting ready to start walking again I don't know if I'll ever run, but hoping to give it a try by the end of the summer. I'll probably be running on my treadmill but that's okay for now. Hope to hear from you.
