Any good exercises or recipes or snacks you'd like to share?? My latest and greatest discoveries are Fage 0% greek yogurt with a dab of honey, Jimmy Dean pre-cooked turkey sausages, and Muscle Milk 100 calorie shakes--all low calorie, low fat, and high protein!! Now if only I would actually do some weights or something so my muscles could benefit from the protein...
Well I hurt my ankle this weekend but I'm hoping to eat really healthy this week (except for an event on Saturday where I will probably destroy any calorie deficit I create)...how are you doing this week? Is the weather still gross up there? 2276 days ago
