If you like to eating chips maybe every now again for a healthier option you could try eating Blue Organic Chips,they are much better for you and do not contain GMO corn.

Marly - how long have you been doing hot yoga?? I have two friends who often do TWO classes a day! They love it and swear by it. It sounds really hard, but I'm sure it's awesome. I definitely need to try it!!
