Oh Lord in Heaven, do I ever understand the relationship you have with your Maytag!! Same here!
Now that running thing you're doing has got to be making a huge difference in your Spark program. Like even when the scale is not showing the number you want to see, the 'fat' has to be turning into lean, mean, muscle and the scale will catch up with ya all in due time. Seriously, you have been really knocking yourself out on the TM and when I compare what I have been doing to what you've been doing - well, I hate you!
No, wait, that was not a "Spark" type thing to say to a fellow buddy. I am supposed to be supportive and encouraging to you. But it is hard, especially now that you are going another step further by hooking up your son's trailer to your bike! What are you thinking --- throwing your butt over a narrow seat, huffing and puffing, relentlessly peddling your heart out, while pulling him in that trailer to all parts of God knows where?!! It is nearly criminal ... A crime against those of us (me in particular) who plan to get moving (seriously) some day in the near future, but just not today.
I mean, could you not just stay home for a week or so longer Maybe have a few extra glasses of wine oh, and some BREAD, and wait for certain people to catch up with ya?
No, you must selfishly carry on with your program Go out there pull that baby in that trailer and see if I care when your butt is so sore that even ten glasses of wine will not ease the pain.
Other than that, you have my undying support. I am very proud of you. (but only because it is the spark thing to do).

Crap! I did carbs all day!!! Nothing but carbs!
Hey, I did clean out my garage today, so that burned up some of those carbs ... Right?
Oh, why I am asking you .....Like, you've already knocked yourself out with wine and are in bed alseep by now. (Late Sunday night). LOL!
This running and walking thing you're doing, is this with SP, or is it out there in the real world? I gotta start 'moving' a little .... aside from spring cleaning.... or I'm going to keep gaining. I went over the calories yesterday and today. Oh, who am I kidding ... I've gone over the calorie limit every day for the last 3 weeks.
OK Im turning over a new leaf tomorrow (Monday) ... Seriously.
You mention bread ... It is my greatest desire to eat bread, which I have managed to avoid since joining SP. If I allowed myself the pleasure I could consume loaves and loaves and loaves of crusty GOOD bread, followed by some good ale. Hmmm, I always loved Robin Hood and imagined that he spent his leisure time (when he wasnt robbing from the rich to give to the poor) consuming crusty bread and ale. Think Ill go to bed now and dream about some crusty good bread. Oh, and Robin, too!

Hey Girl, what's up ........or down........... with you? I gained last week, but trying to get back on track now. Now, as in today. Been on a CRAB binge for 4 weeks. Pathetic! Walked the other day, but nothing like the exercises you get in each day. Still, going to make more effort. emoticon
