HAVE TO LOSE THE WEIGHT

My mother and father both had several hreat attacks and strokes. I am 26 years old and I have a son I need to get this weight under control I want to make 2010 the year I lose the weight for good. I have set two goals for myself one to get to where i was before my son about 215lbs. and then my final goal about 140lbs. I would love to beable to find other in San Antonio Texas so we can make sure we stay focused and in control. I am trying to save up the money so I can buy some BeachBody Videos I ...

I am working on trying to eat smaller meals. And Trying to do the whole Calorie Counting. Like Do want to buy 5 of the BeachBody Videos so i can have no reason for not working out.

We don't have a scale either. Yeah, it is rough. I had two small pieces of pizza today, and I usually eat at least half a pizza, and that was torture! But hang in there, if I can do it, you can.

There is no better time, than now to do it. The sooner we get this under control, the sooner we get to enjoy the benefits!
