Walking 2 miles a day in my shape-ups on the treadmill and making healthy eating choices.
I was always saying that I would start tomorrow... My problem was that tomorrow never came. NO MORE!! I have started and if I get off track I don't have to wait until tomorrow to try again. I am living in the now!
Hey Tina! I love your status about bustin' a move!!! It was a good reminder to me! I've been doing pretty well with the diet aspect of things, but I need to get my rear in gear when it comes to exercising!!
So how is Mf treating you. Are you eating your 5 meals a day plus 1 lean and green? I did well in the beginning but now I have not lost anymore weight. I go to the YMCA everyday for about 45 min and work out. People tell me that I look good but I really would like to see the scale start moving again. Keep up the great work I see the scale is moving for you. Now that the weather is getting better I started walking to the gym instead of driving. I feel better. Terry
