Tim's New Lifestyle

Actually it's about regaining my old lifestyle. For three years I got my weight down to 175 and was biking over 60 miles per week. I was eating right, feeling good and feeling young. I changed jobs.... and used that as an excuse to fall back into old ways. I need to find my way back again.
