I'm 28 and in good shape. Since the last time I logged into this site, I ran the Chicago Marathon and completed the Bikram 30 Day Challenge. I no longer run, but I do Bikram Yoga at least 5 days a week (and sometimes more). Also, my diet has changed radically - I no longer eat meat, dairy, eggs, or any product that contains corn syrup or processed corn in any capacity. This means that I eat a lot of raw fruits and vegetables, as well as tons of oatmeal and sprouted whole grains, with a few soy products thrown in just for fun.
Even though I'm doing tons of yoga, eating well, and feeling better than I've ever felt before, my weight is still at a steady 155 and I'm still, well, jiggly. My new goal is to step up my routine to add in more weight training and cardio and banish this pesky last 20 lbs forever! I want to have defined abs, arms, and thighs by my next birthday (November). I'm also hoping to shoot a modeling portfolio near the end of the summer, so it would be great if I could see results by then.
Lose 20 lbs., get defined abs, tighten up arm flab, tighten up thighs, be a model
90 minutes of Bikram yoga every day, no meat/dairy/eggs/corn syrup/artificial sweeteners (so basically no junk foods, sodas, sweets), no pasta, very little bread (and then only sprouted grains), lots of fruits, veggies, water, and fiber
