Main Goal: Feel comfortable in my own skin
Right now I am trying to mostly change my eating habits. With a busy schedule it seems that junk food and fast food are the best option. I'm trying to eat more at home and taking the time to prepare something healthy instead of that quick meal.
I also try to make it over to the Y every other day to do some cardio.
Favorite Activities: Playing with my puppies, Volleyball, Bead Art, Quilting, and Reading
