    I lost hardly any weight the first month or so. Then it just started dropping off. If you are consistent, it will work. It has definitely been a process for me. I started off slow just walking three days a week. Then I joined a gym, and did cardio five days a week. Then I made my cardio challenging and a few later added weights. Finally, I started counting calories and wow, it has all come together. I give up if I feel overwhelmed so I started slow. Good luck!
