    Hey, everyone I have been so busy. I have not had a chance to stay on my diet and unfortunately have gained some weight back I am know at about 208 lbs. But last weds. I joined Anytime Fitness. And I have been working out every other day. This week I have actually already burned 350 Calories and I am trying to stick with my diet. Sometimes I just need someone to tell me to get up and do, And remind me that I can. So if anyone is interested in just given me that extra push every day please let me know. I would be grateful.

    Hello,
    I have been sooo busy, that I have not had alot of time to go online. I even have been slacking on exercising do to no time, but I have been watching my calories. Starting today I am going to try and get back on track with exercising. So wish me luck. emoticon

    Hey sis,

    Miss you. Hope you're doing well. I'll call you one of these nights when I'm up late.

    I need to start up a regular exercise routine - last exercise I did was walk to the post office & library last weekend when my car was broken down & Miles' car, which I was borrowing, had a flat. :( Oh, just realized I didn't add that to my exercise minutes! Better do that - that's good for a half hour!
