I would like to overcome my fears and attempt to run a marathon.

I am tracking my food, I plan ahead during my grocery list so I know what foods I need to buy and eat, I don't feel right if I don't exercise like I beat my self up about it.

Thank you for the comment on my blog! I agree with you on finding something you like to do. I love to walk, I try to go everyday. Strength training is my weakness. I love the results, just hate the process. Nothing tones my legs like lunges and squats. I just hate them. LOL I don't think I know anyone that really says they love them though. Just one of those little sacrifices. Atleast it only takes a couple mins. If it was a half hour or even 10 min exercise I would say "no way!" LOL.... emoticon emoticon
