Eat from around the outside area of the grocery store, with fresh fruits, veggies, etc. I have a George Foreman Grill and make chicken breasts, etc. so I do very little cooking, too.
DON'T QUIT. Stay with this. It works, if you will just come here and put in the effort.
DON'T GIVE UP!
