Like a bad penny....

...I just keep coming back. Back (again) at an all-time high with my weight (again), hardly able to walk any distance at all (again). Still trying to pull out of my funk after losing my mom. But I look at my grandchildren, and I want to watch them grow. So, yeah. I'm back. Again.

My Goals:

1. Drink my water.
2. Exercise 5x per week. 3. Track my food intake.

Other Information:
I have been crafting with nursing home residents, and sewing dolls for needy and ill children.

I also craft hand-made pretend food and drink for 18" dolls. My husband makes beds, I do bedding, lamps, clothing, etc.

The fact that you're exercising every day counts a lot - more important in the long run, I think, than what you're doing or for how long. I have such a hard time stopping my day and inserting exercise if I don't have a class or hike or other scheduled event.

On the tracking, I forgot about all that nutrition tracking. I ignore that part and just track my calories. I find the nutrition tracking to be way more tracking than I'm willing to do, plus on my program I eat a lot more protein and less carbs than they recommend. And I don't worry about cholesterol or fat percentages as long as I'm only eating good fats.

Mainly I just try to get a little protein in with each meal and snack, and try to eat enough vegetables.

You got it right! When I first ventured into online gaming I wanted my character to be my security blanket, so I named her Woubbie! Now all my new game characters are Woubbie, but most especially my World of Warcraft "main". (She's the pretty lady to the left.)
