Young woman seeks the impossible!

I'm 23, and I recently decided to embark on the fitness goal that I've always thought impossible, weighing 110 pounds. The lowest weight I've ever been is 135, and that was in high school...When I started I weighed 163 pounds, and now I lost 7 in a short amount of time. I haven't started exercising really, just eating less calories, so the results seem kind of promising. This is my first time actually trying to control my diet and so far it's been pretty challenging. I really want to stick with ...

I haven't started exercising really, just eating less calories, so the results seem kind of promising. This is my first time actually trying to control my diet and so far it's been pretty challenging. I really want to stick with it and lose the rest though! 46 more pounds to go! I'm hoping things will work out, because a major life change that makes me feel good about myself is really something I need. i was reminded by an old picture recently of how bad my self-esteem used to be... I used to wear a winter coat to school all the time, for a whole year when I was in only 4th or 5th grade. It really struck me, I couldn't believe that I did that. It made me realize how far I've come there, in the self-esteem department, but also how I really want to feel even better about myself. I don't want to feel like I have any limits because of how I look. I deserve better than that. I thought losing my extra weight would help in this venture.
