My Goals:
1) Be healthy by 2) Making wise choices 3) Creating habits 4) 10k steps per day My target weight loss for now is 40 pounds. * Be more active on a daily basis.
My Program:
__________________ Taking babysteps and being faithful with them first: 1) Take daily vitamins. 2) Drink 8 glasses of water. 3) At least 5000 steps per day. 4) Stay in caloric range. 5) Track what I am consuming creating awareness and staying within plan outlined. __________________
