Make Time for Me!
I would really like to lose at least 10-15 pounds to start. Eventually I would like to get down to 20 pounds lost. I really need motivation to stay on task.

My Goals:
My goal is to be 20lbs lighter by summer time, or at least close to it. Hoping to get back into a size 7-8 jeans. I want to lose at least 10lbs by end of March for my trip to VA.
My Program:
Working out on treadmill every day. Trying to be more active. Watching what I eat and my portion sizes.
Personal Information:
I am from a small town in upstate NY, where everyone knows pretty much everyone else. I live out in the country and would not change it for a thing. I love the outdoors. I love to hunt, fish, sled ride in the winter, camping, cookouts. Pretty much anything outdoors.
