From YIKES to LIKES

I have always struggled with my weight and dieting does NOT do it for me. Eating right and exercising are my go-to methods of losing weight effectively.

I am a mommy of the worlds sweetest 3 year old boy... okay so it's my own world... but who cares.

I found the love of my life last year after a messy divorce and I am hoping to someday become his wife. He means everything to me and I often wonder which rock he'd been hiding under for most of my life?!?!

Number one thing... I am doing this for me. I feel like I need to get on track, put myself in check and lose some weight... the baby weight excuse is over with! My son was born 3 years ago! And I was overweight when I GOT pregnant in the first place! I have no one dragging me down and I am in charge of me. No one can tell me what to do or how to do it except me!
