i live in england and ummmm i dont know what to say! it's just time i stared to loose some weight and i'm 1 of them pple who start things and never carry them on! so u people better write on my msge bord other wise i'll go away and never look at this site again! which is why ive set it to send me an email when you do! i am a habitual Quitter!

wat i ave noticed though on this site is that it's asking me to eat alot more then wat i normally eat! almost twice what i eat! and i cant eat that! i dont belive in forcing myself to eat when i'm not hungry!

Hey and welcome. I wish I had that problem of having to force myself to eat. I GET HUNGRY!!! Even with lots more exercise. We are the same weight and I have recently lost 25 lbs to get here after the birth of my third child 5 years ago. I am also pre-diabetic and have high blood pressure. Count your lucky stars girl!!!Start small. I have been on the program about 2 weeks and have lost 2 lbs. emoticon

Hi Turtle. I too have a short attention span, I get bored with things very quickly. I have really enjoyed SP, it has been a great source of comfort and motivation! I was on other teams but BBQ is now my one and only because it is very active and all the ladies are quite fabulous!
