Thin Again!

I have lost weight in the past (about 70 pounds) and kept it off for several years. I love to run. It is my preferred form of exercise, so when I was unable to run due to injuries, I started to gain weight again. I often joke that I still eat like a runner! Well, I am here to change that and get back into my running form again.

My Goals:
Ultimate Goal: To lose 100-110 pounds and get back my energetic, more youthful body. You know, the one that doesn't ache and slow me down.


My Program:
Objective: I will track my food each day either online or in a food journal and i will exercise for 30 minutes at least 6 times a week.

Personal Information:
I am originally from Wyoming, but now live in Las Vegas, NV. I love being outdoors! I enjoy hiking, swimming, running, gardening, and pretty much anything that can be done outside. I am an avid reader, and I love to learn. I have a super husband, five sons (3 are triplets) two daughters-in-law, and the sweetest granddaughter on the planet. I am truly blessed and very happy!

I did well today, even with eating out. I have stayed in my calorie range and enjoyed 1/2 serving size of junior mints! I know how hard cravings can be! I have a bin of fun-size candy in my room that I keep waaaayyyy across the room, so I abstain from it.
Way to go fending off temptation today!
