The turtle beat the rabbit!

Slow and steady wins the race!

I have to remind myself that steady, daily progress is better than a burst of energy at the beginning and then giving up partway through when I don't see as much progress as I'd like.

Where did the last year go? Seems to have disappeared!

I'm hoping you have an awesome rest of December 2012! Let's make a plan to meet again in a few weeks and see how we're doing.

Hi Jenne! Good to see you here!

Sherri - No, I am not back into the routine yet! I've been crashing and burning trying to keep up with work and SparkPeople! After tomorrow the urgency of some of the things on my to do list won't be so intense, so I intend to get Spark back into my routine. I noticed as the week went on, I got more sluggish as my eating and exercise took a back seat.

How are you doing? Are you getting back into the groove of school? My mother-in-law came for a visit from FL and I spent all day yesterday doing absolutely nothing. She doesn't want to go anywhere or do anything except watch TV and I was surprised at how crappy I felt after a day of doing NOTHING. :) I used to do nothing with ease! :)

I hope you are getting back into the schedule of school. Hope you are having a great day :)
