My Goals:
Every time I see a pic of my now I am very upset so I have decided that I need to do something so why not start now!! I would like to get back under 200 lbs. I would really like to have some help getting down to my goal weight but my hubby just gets frustrated with me when I have a hard time doing things.

My Program:
I am trying to make it a point to work out on my WiiFit more times a week. I am also wanting it to get warm so that I can be outside walking or playing with my kids! COME ON SPRING!! Waiting for pool season too -- its great exercise!!

Personal Information:
My name is Sarah and I am 29 years old. I have been married since Sept 2002 and we have 2 beautiful children. We are currently living in Maryland with my mom trying to get on track so we can one day buy our own house!!

Other Information:
I love to watch movies, tv, and listen to music. I also love to BS online!!

I have yahoo but I'm rarely on it. You can just e-mail me on here if you want. My big issue is getting up off my butt after work. I'm so tired when i get home after eight hours of heavy cleaning that even thinking about going to the gym is painful lol

what I've found that also helps me...I track every day. Every bite I eat. Every drink. even the mayo on my sandwich. I especially track the "bad" days. A few days ago I had a day where I ate over 3000 calories. I tracked it....i saw what I did wrong....and I try to not do it again the next day.

that would be great! I tend to hit the ground running, then I don't know...it just kind of fizzes out....then before I know it...I'm not exercising or eating well or really doing anything, and I gain back all the weight I lost. I started playing racquetball today and that was loads of fun. I felt kind of stupid though cause a) I am not graceful

b) i am not good at it

c) the back wall of the racquetball court is clear, and on the other side of that wall is the basketball courts, filled with twnety guys playing basketball. Doesn't do much to make a girl feel at ease.

But, once I got into it, it didn't matter so much, and I jsut had fun. I just don't want to lose the motivation again. I really really want to lose weight for good this time! emoticon
