My top weight was 274, and I am at 220 today. Ideally I would love to see 140, but realistically I am focusing more on building long lasting healthy habits than a number on a scale.

My Goals:
5 pounds at a time Baby!
It's the only realistic amount I flt I can do, no problem.
I only have to do it 20 times over...

My Program:
First, follow the program to the letter.
Second, to stop beating myself up. I need to turn "my own worst enemy" into my best friend.
Third, to replace the emotional fix of eating with other, non-compatible stress relievers.

I have a hard time with water myself, but I keep trying hoping sooner or later it will become habit.

You and I are at about the same weight and have the same half marathon goal. I was supposed to run my first half marathon tomorrow but injured myself. So next year.

Good luck on your journey and with your training. Sometimes it's very difficult but hang in there!

Hello & Welcome Lady,

Good to have you with us here at E E and any other teams you may join. I'll help you through your journey if you need it. I'm here to support and encourage you forward. If you fall back, I'm here to catch you and show you the right direction if need be.

I'll try to be supportive to you and to encourage you on the journey you are taking. I'll be along side you to your goal(s) and all the way. And to you good luck and to take 1 day at a time. Take advantage of what Spark has to offer. I would like to see you accomplish the goal(s) you have and I'm there for you too.
Stay focused and have a positive attitude, b/c those will help you in the long way............... It's good to meet and have you with us.

3) get it know the people
4) read some articles
5) most of all :: have fun and enjoy yourself
You are doing great, making progress every time you come in.

If there is anything that I can do to help, give me a holler. If I do not know the answer, I will find it. Our leaders are really great and help when you need it too. So don't hesitate to ask. That is why they are here.

Don't give into your temptations. They are bad and will set you back. You want to move forward, have good habits (like eating your veggies, fruits) and come in here. We all are here for you and other members too.
