I Wanna be a Strong Mama!

I have always struggled with my weight. Five years ago I finally got my overeating under control. I was eating clean and exercising for the fun of it! I felt so energetic and full of life.

After a bad breakup I fell into a depression and all my hard work seemed pointless. I could NOT stop eating quickly gained 15 lbs in 2 months. I tried very hard to reign myself back in but have never been able to regain the passion for life that I had when I was at my fittest and have ...

Now, married to a wonderful man, 2 babies later and turning 30 this year, I am ready to try again. I want to be proud when I look in the mirror and be a good roll model for my kids. I don't want them to have to struggle with weight and insecurity like I have.

Here I go again...For the last time!

My Program:
Cardio 5-6 days per week (45-60 minutes each)

Strength training for 20-30 minutes 3 days per week

Eat as cleanly as possible

Hey lady - how's it going?! How are you doing on your goals? I haven't been as active on the boards this month, and I've noticed that I'm not as 100% committed as I've been the past 2 months, but I'm still doing pretty good! Still losing, and that's what counts! :)
