I recently cleared my food and exercise tracker, giving myself a clean start with all of this. I've been active on SP for over a year now, but tracked inconsistently, so I want to start fresh!! I want to have a healthy relationship with food. We should eat to live, not live to eat!!

She's so fun and spunky and really enjoys working out! Recently I got certified in Turbo Kick, which is the gym version of Turbo Jam. I met some amazing people with lots of energy! If you are considering doing it, please feel free to ask me about my experience!

I'm a tax accountant full-time with a firm in PA. I like what I am doing and the people at work make busy season well worth it. I have amazing friends who support me no matter what.

I'm looking to lose some weight, tone up and become healthy overall. I've come a long way on my journey but I'm not done yet. I'm always open to meeting new people, so feel free to sparkmail me or leave a comment on my page!

My Goals:
Reach 110 pounds by November 2009. I also want to eat as clean as I possibly can, while still enjoying the occasional treat. I can get on my game so well until one food throws me off, then it takes me a few days to get back on. I am working on shortening the time between falling off track and getting back on. My ultimate goal is to lead a healthy, passionate life.

My Program:
Turbo Jam/Turbo Kick, Pilates, Tae-bo, Tae-bo Bootcamp, free weight exercises, Crunch videos, walking, P90X, Chalean Extreme!!!

Personal Information:
I currently live in PA and don't really ever see myself leaving, although I love traveling and seeing what the rest of the world has to offer. Hopefully someday I'll make it over to Europe!

Other Information:
I enjoy traveling and dancing. :)

Hey girl!!
Im back on my group i started, just go to my page and i am on the 2 i have listed. Im good! i have been so slow at work, my husbend was off work for 8 months so i have been stress eating!!! but no more!! Im gettingback on trak too!! keep in touch!
