My Goals:
my goals are to lose 60lbs or more by summer 2010. I am on the way to it! my other goal is to join a Masters Swim team nearby and get back into competing.

My Program:
 I am working on changing my eating habits so that i eat healthier and to exercise everyday. I take the dog for walks everyday and now need to incorporate some strengthening exercises into it.

Other Information:
 I love to read especially crime mysteries. I do like the romance books too but have had enough of them for now. I love to make jewelry for my family and myself, do other crafts and my real love is gardening!!!

No problem. I've been through things myself. It's often dark in there, so I know where you're coming from.

Time will help, and keeping busy, but especially keeping busy around people. Even if it means volunteering at a local soup kitchen or something, it can really really help...

What a great time we had last night! Lots of fun conversation and coupons as well! :-)

A lot depends on what you plan to do with biking as to what kind of bike you want to consider. Some folks want to bike off-road on dirt paths up & down hills...mountain bikes are for them. Some want to compete and go for the speed...they need racing bikes. Me? I just want to hit the open road and go for miles and miles and sit up straight, not hunched over like racers are. Comfort and hybrid bikes are best for that.

I read one of your post about losing your husband...I too lost my husband a year ago...I am soooo sorry for your loss. ....I hope you find support and friends here. I'm new so I can't give you any advice but hang in there!

I read your comment under an article about pets and their effect on health and well being. I thought it so sweet and so sad at the same time. I have a Maltese and he is my world.

Hi! I noticed you posted a link to the Turbokick contest. But your link is not working, its showing up with a error message. What you need to do is click on the link to your blog entry. Then highlight the URL address from your browser then right click to copy and paste it in the link button when you post on the thread.

Like for eg.. for your blog entry from Oct 1st it would be something like this
