Don't worry, I deal with the same things. Especially when the week is over and I find that I've lost weight. It's like a, "well OF COURSE you lost weight, you're eating healthier and exercising!" kinda' thing, but for some reason I'm always so surprised when it happens. I'm glad that your first week went well. Keep up the work :)
