My Goals:
*To lose 25 lbs per year - and keep it off forever!

*To exercise 4-5 days a week - even when I don't feel like it.

*To get 8 hours of sleep every night.

My Program:
Because of low thyroid I have put my focus on a balanced diet that is slightly higher in fiber and protein, which helps keep the hungry monster away.

A key part of my healthy lifestyle goals is using SparkPeople's trackers to stay accountable for what I'm eating, how much exercise I'm getting and how much water I drink.

Jennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!!! My muffins did not turn out that amazing...I posted it before I actually baked them! hahaaha

But, I tried again and left out the oatmeal and did half splenda and half sugar - I still substituted applesauce for butter though. Also, I made a little oatmeal, brown sugar, & applesauce crumble and baked that on the 2nd time around...such a difference!!! Applesauce rocks in place of butter!!

I find it is actually FUN to tweak recipies to include healthy ingredients, especially when the stuff turns out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
