My Goals:
I want to nail this PMP challenge. Eight weeks of intense commitment. When it comes to exercise, commitment is not my strong suit.
My Program:
WORKOUT: I'm doing a modification of the Turbulence Training program, adjusted for my propensity to get injured from unknowingly overdoing things. I'm totally into bodyweight training, but use resistance bands sometimes. I will walk on my days off from ST. I also love Coach Nicole's BootCamp, so I will probably alternate that with the TT program. DIET: I'm a lacto vegetarian, and have no problem staying away from junk foods and sweets, but I love butter and ghee. I've been reducing my fats severely, so we'll see how that goes. You could call my diet modified Eat To Live.
Personal Information:
I live near St. Augustine, FL with my husband. I'm vegetarian, chant Hare Krishna, and working on a memoir. I love living near the ocean, perfect for walks and fresh sea air!
