My New Healthy Lifestyle
I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 1988. It definately morphs as you grow older. There are many other problems that are connected to this syndrome. I know that a healthy diet can be a big help.

My Goals:
I have joined SP because I have fibromyalgia and I need help to eat 3 meals per day.
My Program:
I am making a meal plan and entering what I have eaten. So, unlike most people here I am not too concerned about weight and calories as much as I am trying to have a healthy lifestyle.
