My Goals:
Keep the 10 pounds I lose every summer off all the time and develop mental toughness in other areas of my life.

My Program:
Track my nutrition and keep my calories between 1630 and 1980. Generally learn more about nutrition and apply that to my goals. Need to eat 2 fruits or veggies every day and get to the gym 3 times a week.

A huge, warm and heartfelt welcome from an Australian sparky! Wonky knees are a plague, are they not? My short-lived but gloriously enjoyable attempt to be a runner was brought to a grinding halt by my unreliable versions of those essential joints!
