I'm losing my last 15 or so pounds, and getting more toned. I am an avid hiker - I did Half Dome last June! But then I let myself go and gained a bunch of weight. I need to get to my peak fitness again before the hiking season starts.
I'm doing cardio 5 days per week and trying for 3-4 toning days. And trying to run away from junk food like a monkey with a paper clip stuck to its tail.
