My Goals:
I'm losing my last 15 or so pounds, and getting more toned. I am an avid hiker - I did Half Dome last June! But then I let myself go and gained a bunch of weight. I need to get to my peak fitness again before the hiking season starts.

My Program:
I'm doing cardio 5 days per week and trying for 3-4 toning days. And trying to run away from junk food like a monkey with a paper clip stuck to its tail.

Hi Tues! I'm from CA too! What town/city? I'm in Oceanside/San Diego cty. I'm also a god grateful, scout type (20 yrs as a GS leader) today i'm the cptn of my tennis team (ck out my pics) and watch all my gkids alot! We can do this!

Thank you for your comment on my blog. Carbs and fats are also within range, but I am going to try to do exactly what you suggested. I have been trying to pick out some menus that I can plan ahead of time so that I can be sure to get all the nutrients in every day/every meal. I took a look at the planned
Spark people menus but they all seem to be so blah and bland so I plan to look elsewhere but I know planning ahead is key. Thanks
