Back to the starting line - almost

Back on track starting tomorrow……went astray again today, as has been happening for the past 6 months. Goals are no different now than they were 3 years ago when I joined SP. Time to get a handle on this problem. I will:

1. Drink 8 glasses of water a day
2. Eat 6+ veggies/fruit a day
3. Stay within my calorie range every day
4. Eat the recommended amount of fiber daily
5. Exercise 30 min. at least 5 times a week, including some weight training.

Thanks for stopping by my blog... I was in Hong Kong in 2009 (sad trip - long story...) and I love to travel too... I often blog about places I visit and post pictures too. Welcome back to my blogs anytime!
I see that you are a member of Canadian East Coast Team... I will be visiting Nova Scotia in May for the Cabot Trail relay... Love the East Coast, spent many Summers in Halifax.
