I am a mother of four...baby weight I can't blame anymore but I am just tired of carrying it around. Determined to reach my goal weight and wow the naysayers!
I currently live in Middle River, MD but am originally from Albuquerque, NM. I have support from my childeren and my significant other. I have looked hard at my life and it has not been that bad at all. God has held me every step of the way or I would not be here. You just have to make that determination that you are going to do this, and that is what I have done.
I will be honest, Im not much for exercise but put me on the dance floor and we can go. I grew up in performing arts and love the stage! Being on here has somehow given me wings and I feel that my goal is very attainable, in fact all of them are.
I have 100lbs to lose. In my first 90 days I wanted to lose as much as possible..it was tough but I dropped 20lbs and still chuggin along. One of my long term goals is for my mild sleep apnea to go away and to buy the "freakin" dress I have always wanted!
Exercise routine: 4 days/week with Hip Hop Abs, WATP and DWTS.
Eating routine: I have incorporated veggies and fruit from morning till evening. I am working on getting enough protein and may have to break down and buy a scale for measuring food. WATER, WATER, WATER! I have gone without soda sugary drinks.
Motivational goals! EVeryday God performs miracles and I am one of them! I will shrug off setbacks and look for comebacks! Somewhere in there is a healthy me waiting to get out!
My name is Arlene and I am originally from Albuquerque, NM but now reside in Middle River, MD. My friends call me Tdoll or Wally. I have four children, one in the military and one about to graduate. That leaves two more to get to gettin!
I like to sing, dance, write, watch tv, play with my kids. I crochet and love arts and crafts and hope to get back into wedding boquets and wedding accessories

A Poem of Hope
by Helena Fehr
I feel the arms of God around me,
as I lay on my bed at night.
Asleep, I feel the Angel's touch-
I'm surrounded and held tight.

I will tell you a true story that happen several years ago.
I had a dear friend, who was in a bad car accident.
she was in the Intensive Care Unit and I could not go to her.
I cried out to God for help!
I ask Him to give her a Hug and touch her body.
He gave me a Hug.
Yes! God gave me the best holy loving hug of my life.
I am a happy married wife of a great husband but I have never had that much love in a hug before.
If i had died that minute it would have been OK!
To be so loved it beyond any words. John 3:15-20
May the Lord wrap you in His love and bless you today! jenny

Hello all! Sorry for the seemingly long sabbatical. I had to put myself back in the groove after surgery and other personal matters. Missed being on here and hope all is well. What's the latest? I have been walking the past week and noticing that food does not have the same effect on me since the surgery. Have not touched a scale so I can't even begin to know what my weight is now. Last time I looked at it, which was sometime ago, it was down to 250. YAY. I look forward to hearing from you all. I will be away from the computer this weekend. Much love!

IF......Written By: Margaret C Mullings
If you can remain calm
and forgive and still show
love in the midst of your
hurt and pain!
If you can do this Jesus
Christ has the reigns to
your heart and you are
a vessel chosen by your
Heavenly Father to bring
Glory and Honor to him.
