For the next few months until gardening season: 30+ minutes of cardio 4 - 7 days per week; elliptical, walking or wogging. Strength training 3 - 5 days per week. 2 exercises per region (upper, core, lower).
Being the best me I can be today. Exercise is more fun when I have someone to do it with, and even better if I have a trainer! (no kidding, huh?)
Eat less. Move more. Be grateful. Get happy. Savor joy.

Yes it is still cold outside (under 65) and the heat is still coming on in the am. Yes, your tummy doesn't feel all good. Yes, you have a lot of work on your schedule and it isn't all paid. So, yes, you feel very busy. Yes, in 17 days you are leaving to go to NOLA with your friends. Yes, your anniversary is tomorrow. Yes, you are almost done with putting together your gift package for Yodi. There really isn't a whole lot up there to complain about, is there?
