For the next few months until gardening season: 30+ minutes of cardio 4 - 7 days per week; elliptical, walking or wogging. Strength training 3 - 5 days per week. 2 exercises per region (upper, core, lower).
Being the best me I can be today. Exercise is more fun when I have someone to do it with, and even better if I have a trainer! (no kidding, huh?)
Eat less. Move more. Be grateful. Get happy. Savor joy.
I should have watched it first, I was surprised by how difficult it was. I ended up doing my own version of their moves because I don't have that flexibility and agility. At one point I was laughing because I knew I looked really ridiculous. I know we all have to start somewhere and build up and I am scared of hurting myself again, so I try to take things slower and I don't do moves that involve any jumping.
