Have been working on Couch 2 5 K, but not too seriously. This body is over 40 and doesn't handle that kind of pounding too well. But I am making progress. Still don't really know if I have a "program" per se.
Just me. I do best with exercise when I have someone to do it with, and even better if I have a trainer! (no kidding, huh?)
Eat less. Move more. Be grateful. Get happy. Savor joy.
Which ones are the Cali lilies? The tall purple or the little purple flowers? They have some long "official" name on the tag, and I don't know anything about flowers:) I would love to know what they are so I can look up how to care for them. Thanks, Lee!
Thanks Lee :) That picture was a spur of the moment happy accident. I was leaving my office after our first snow storm and there is this lonely tree in our parking lot next to a light post. I thought it was pretty so I snapped a picture on my phone and with some small edits from Instagram, there you go! I love it :)
