Speaking of consistency...have you read on spark about "starting a small streak"? I highly recommend it! :D
It's SO easy to beat yourself up when you do something "inconsistent" w/ the goals you've set for yourself. It turns into a headgame...you say, "well, I already messed up, sooooooooooo..........." And then you feel like you've fallen off the wagon so-to-speak.
I aim for PROGRESS *not* perfection. It's a LIFESTYLE and NOT a diet!
Tina, thanks for the comment on my page. You can do this. Just take one day at a time and don't beat yourself up when you slip. I have been on the journey almost 2 years now, taking it slow and for once, I have not had big, big gains. I have stuck with it too. Welcome to SP and all that it offers.
