***UPDATE****
Starting over. Again. The BIG difference is I'm living in Korea and life's a little different over here. I've been on some kind of psuedo-holiday for most of my time here but I have known for the last couple months that I need to get back to my real life. Now at my highest weight on record since my weight loss. NOT OKAY! I'm here to get back in shape and lose the weight. Spark People always helps me out and I know what to do!

Hi my name is Sara and I'm 23. In 2008 I lost a little over 88lbs! I went from a size 18/20 to a size 4 in a little under a year! It was an incredible transformation and I did it with SparkPeople.

2009 was a much rougher year for me but I managed to keep the weight off. The last 6-8 months or so I know I've been falling off the wagon and it's time to get back on. I'm over 20lbs over my ideal maintenance weight and I really do NOT want to let the weight come back on. Currently, I feel like I look awful in all the clothing that I love and some things are starting to feel really tight - NO BUENO!

I've decided to institute some goals and perspectives to re-energize my journey:

Current: 154
150 - buy a new yoga mat -DONE
147 - stay in my pajamas for a whole weekend day :P - DONE
144 - 10 lbs marker! New sports bra and water bottle
141 - New yoga DVD
139 - Celebrate 130's with cooking a new healthy recipe, also take a revitalizing mini-vacation
135 - Buy an exotic fruit and vegetable regardless of cost
134 - 20 lbs marker! massage
132 - New work-out outfit
130 - 1 new pair of jeans!
128 - New running shoes
125 - At least two new outfits!

Also, I have a lot of clothing that I need to get back into so when I get back into my favorite, comfy size 4's I'll have to go out with friends or something!

*Get back down to my goal weight of 125.
*Feel healthy and fabulous again.
*Tone up! Especially my tummy which has always been my problem area.
*Eat more protein and less fat!
*Stop letting my boyfriend's naughty habits rub off on me!! The food kind anyway... :)


My Program:
Eat what I know is good for me! It's not rocket science!!!

Stay around 1400 calories/day.

Walk/Jog 30 min - 6x/week
30DS for ST - 2x/week
Stretch
Pilates/Yoga 1x

Water - 2 water bottles

Sleep - 8 hours and earlier bedtimes
