I am working on eating smaller portions of healthy food.
I am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers, and although I am not following WW structured plan many of my healthy habits have come from what I learned there. I have a total of 10 lbs to lose.

Make working out a daily habit.



Healthy eating in moderation with a focus on complex carbs and low sugar and more protein.

My Program:
running three times a week, yoga two days/week. Wanting to increase strength training and do this all consistently, versus in spurts

Hey, 25 points on the spark wheel! Like I said, I think they know I get a lot of points and so they never let me win big..

Anyways, I am going back to the US in a few days here and I am preparing myself for the changes that will come with it, including the new diet. The real diet. I am very excited to see what will happen when I eat right. Maybe I will actually lose weight because for 4 months I havent lost a pound. I watch what I eat but I have to eat out for every meal... thats the problem.

Anyways, when I get back you and I are going to whip our butts into shape!!!!
