I quit smoking when I was 30 on New Years Eve. That year I gained weight. So the following New Years Eve, I started to become physically fit. I enjoyed being active, being able to breathe, and how I looked for a few years until I was injured training for a mini-triathlon. The weight has increased each month until now I weigh enough for two people. I'm ready to lose that other person.
I've always been afraid, and many of the good things that have happened in my life were when I overcame my fear and took a chance. I don't want to be afraid any more.
Taking a moment this Leap Day to Wish All my AN amazing day! Take this day to do something extra special for YOU...Something that will make you feel wonderful about yourself and be proud of your accomplishments on your journey.

"We can travel a long way and do many things, but our deepest happiness is not born from accumulating new experiences. it is born from letting go of what is unnecessary, and knowing ourselves to be always at home". ~ Sharon Salzberg
