Really well, thanks. I've managed to work out the last 6/7 days, but nowhere near your hour. I'll do 30 on the treadmill for my Couch to 5k or do the 30 Day Shred, but I figure I'll work into it since I went from doing NOTHING, so it's certainly better than nothing.
I love your videos but couldn't leave a comment (I deleted my account and can't re-create one). I think they're SUCH a cute idea. Especially since you'll be able to look back in see the changes in your face as you lose weight.
And on your last video where you said you couldn't believe that the weight loss was real? I know sometimes I'll have a temporary low (maybe from eating lighter in the later part of the previous day) and even if it bounces back up a pound or two from usual fluctuation, I use it as "Well my body made it there, so it's possible. A couple more days and it'll be back here."
