Hi everyone, my name is Jo-Ann. I have been a member of Sparkpeople since Feb of this year and have been following the diet and workout plans and have since then lost 11 pounds. My starting weight was 174 lbs, I am now at 163 lbs and hoping by the end of the year to be at 150 lbs to 140 lbs.

My Program:
workout 5 to 6 days a week using exercise videos. lift weights 3 times per week and do cardio, mostly kickboxing (turbo jam and tae bo) 5 days a week. I am also a fan of Jillian Michaels, i do a bit of "Banish fat boost metabolism" and I also add some power 90 in the mix. I don't follow a specific diet, I just limit my intake of junk foods.

Personal Information:
I am from a beautiful island in the Caribbean called St Vincent and the Grenadines.
