here I go again.

Ok need to lose 30-40lbs, 10lbs at a time.... I need to be kept motivated. Plateau's are the hardest for me. I need to learn what the fat burning foods are and create a meal plan using the right foods. The TV is my biggest enemy.
I do not want to pay a monthly fee for a weightloss program, so here I am trying this out. Wish me luck, and please support me with positivity.

1ST GOAL TO GET BACK TO WEIGHT I WAS 146LB WHEN I GOT MARRIED 6 YRS AGO.
2ND GOAL TO GET DOWN TO A SIZE 6 DRESS SIZE AND LOOK GOOD IN IT.
3RD GOAL TO GET RID OF THE BELLY FAT, AND HAVE NICE ABS AND A FLAT TUMMY.
4TH GOAL, TO LOOK GOOD IN A BIKINI OR REALLY NICE ONE PIECE SUIT. NO MORE FRUMPY SWIM SUITS.
5TH GOAL, TO FEEL SEXY NUDE.
6TH GOAL, ACCOMPLISH GOALS BEFORE NEXT CRUISE MAY 2013.

My Program:
MY PROGRAM CONSISTS OF TRACKING MY FOOD DAILY STAYING WITHIN THE PERAMETERS OF MY NUTRITION CHART. ALSO DOING MY STRENGTH TRAINING MIN OF TWICE A WEEK, PREFERABLY 3 TIMES. DOING MY CARDIO WALKING 6 TIMES A WEEK, PREFERABLY SEVEN.

I am married to my best friend. I have two grown children in their 20's who have left the nest and a teenager still at home. I have 4 cats.

I like this alot. It is keeping me disciplined and focused. I was nervous the 1st week, i had to start eating more and exercising EVERY day. Which I hadn't truly exercised in months. My reward was losing 4lbs last week, so I will keep going. I know I will not lose 4lbs EVERY week as your body adjusts to what you're doing. As long as my scale says I've lost even 1lb i will be contenet and persevere.
