Hey Karen, thanks for "friending" me! WELCOME to SparkPeople and WELCOME to the SP class June 3-9! I hope you enjoy this site as much as I do! I would not have been able to lose weight on my own.
I like this alot. It is keeping me disciplined and focused. I was nervous the 1st week, i had to start eating more and exercising EVERY day. Which I hadn't truly exercised in months. My reward was losing 4lbs last week, so I will keep going. I know I will not lose 4lbs EVERY week as your body adjusts to what you're doing. As long as my scale says I've lost even 1lb i will be contenet and persevere.
