New Beginnings
Trying again, and again and again until I get this right. I am starting new lifestyle again. I've made time in my schedule to go to the gym and work out 5 days a week. I have found that even with the best intentions, I fail to work out at home. Something else always demands my attention. So, the gym it is. I've been going for two weeks now, and I'm loving it. I've lost 4 pounds in the two weeks, and am already seeing an increase in my stamina.

My Goals:
The main reason for me to lose weight is that I want more energy. It takes a lot of effort to carry around excess weight, and I think it wears me down througout the day. If I can drop some of this weight, I know my energy level will increase.
My Program:
Gym for cardio 5 days a week with weight curcuit MWF.
Personal Information:
I grew up in Wisconsin - land of great cheese, tastey beer and greasy bratwurst. Still love all those things. I'm a Brewers and Packers fan. I'm a homeschooling mother of 4, which I love. My kids are amazing, if I do say so myself. I love being able to homeschool them, but that presents it's own weightloss challenges. Can't go to the gym while they are at school because I am school.
