Losing fat for the New Year and forever

I'm going to get to a healthy body fat percentage and stick to it. I'm going to form eating habits that I can live with that allow me to stick with my goal body fat, find an exercise routine that I can stick with, and incorporate some active and fun recreational activities to keep me motivated.

It has been almost 2 years since I exercised regularly. I've been eating lots of high fat and high flavored foods and abandoned healthier eating. I've gained 40 pounds of fat this past year.
