Well, I'm 29 yrs old and I'm tired of always wanting to be thinner. I once weighed 196 and lost 51 lbs during a years time. I moved back home and got a job at a local Pizza Hut and never got over 150. Then I got a job at Autozone DC and it was the best workout ever. I got down to 123. Well, I'm 29 yrs old and I'm tired of always wanting to be thinner. I once weighed 196 and lost 51 lbs during a years time. I moved back home and got a job at a local Pizza Hut and never got over 150. Then I got a job at Autozone DC and it was the best workout ever. I got down to 123. I stayed that way for a while then moved to a different department and slowly started gaining. My boyfriend went into the Army and I got back to 145 which was fine. I'm Irish-Latin and baby I got hips...lol. But over the past two years I have slowly gained. This year alone, since March, I've gained 20lbs putting me at 181. I believe that some of that gain has been due to me having to take Zoloft for my depression. Weight has always been an issue all my life. My brother and sisters are thin and athletic. My dad always called me thunder thighs, which at a young age, hurt my feelings. My mom always compares me to how she use to look at my age. I use to be a dancer and cheerleader, but I have always had the 'Britney Spears' athletic body type until 21 or 22. I'm wanting to get to a healthy weight and do things I love. I'm trying to slowly get to working out 5 or 6 times a week. Right now I'm just doing 3 days at 30mins a day. I'm working on eating better. I'm hoping to get to my goal weight before next October, 2009. I'm getting married and want atleast 30 pounds gone!

My Goals:
I want to lose about at least 10% of my starting weight in the next 3 months. I would love to lose 2 - 3 lbs a week. I want eating healthier to become second nature to me. Get to my goal weight of 125. Keep fit and healthy so I may have a healthy pregnancy with no complication next time. Be happy, active, and enjoy life the way I want.
My Program:
Currently doing 30mins, 3 days a week and hoping to get to 6 days. I'll track my nutrition here on Spark. Hopefully I'll be able to see any habits I may have. Getting in at least 75oz. of water a day.
Personal Information:
I currently live in Georgia. I work every weekend, but off Mon - Thurs. I love my family, my boyfriend, and my puppy Cassie. I enjoy meeting new people. Also, I'm hoping to start school this coming Jan.
