I started trying to lose weight on my own on 1/1/07. From that time until May 19th, I did lose 10.1 pounds. On 5/19 I joined Weight Watchers and in 4 weeks, I beet the 10.1 loss with 10.6! My total weight loss since 1/1/07 is currently 20.7 pounds!

Ok, after a 1 year & 10 month "break" I am back! I actually did manage to lose a few more pounds in the time I didn't consintrate on weight loss. I am happy about that, but ...

Ok, after a 1 year & 10 month "break" I am back! I actually did manage to lose a few more pounds in the time I didn't consintrate on weight loss. I am happy about that, but even happier that I maintained while not focusing on it.

I am, as of today 3/25/09, at 170.8 My initial goal is 145 so I am only 25 pounds away from that. I am going to be in a wedding in January 2010, so I would like to be at my goal by then.

I am offically in a size 12 now! I am very happy about that. I am now thinner than I was when I met my husband!

The goals that I have set previously I have all met! I need to come up with some new goals and really work it.

I set new 2009 goals. Everything is set except meeting my goal weight. That is a really big one and I want to make the reward awesome!

My Goals:
1. To fit into the dress I hung up in my bedroom. Size Large **DONE**
2. After that to fit into sz 12 pants I bought in Seattle. (When I bought them, they fit, and I never wore them because I started gaining weight after that) **DONE**
3. To walk into a store, and not worry about if they have plus sizes and to be able to buy something that fits! **DONE**

NEW GOALS 2009:

These are all big goals for me as I have not hit 165 in probably close to 15 years.

When I reach:
165: New Exercise outfit INCLUDING new GOOD sports bra
160: Pogo album (online game I play)
155: new summer outfit including flip flops
150: New toe ring
145: Thinking about it... this is my goal weight and it needs to be big

My Program:
I did Weight Watchers for about 7 months and learned a ton. I have an ellipitical trainer that was a birthday present, that I am now using. Plus I am tracking all my food and exercise through SP.

Personal Information:
My home town is San Diego. Born and Raised. We moved to AZ to be closer to my parents.

Other Information:
I have a wonderful husband, a 15 year old and 8 year old son.

Hi! Definitely need to walk, are you getting reminder emails too? LOL Your ankle will be better, its good that you are staying off of it, you don't want to reinjure it and have to baby it for longer! Can't wait to get some new pictures in, we've both lost a lot of weight since last time. emoticon
