At It Again

I'm a 28-year-old wife to an incredibly supportive husband who has joined me on the journey to a healthy lifestyle. Together we are parents to two wonderful boys that are 6 and 4, and a beautiful 2-year-old girl. My husband and I are passionate about our relationship with Jesus, and learning how to love people well. This is my second time to get serious about Spark People. In the Summer of 2008, I used Spark People as a motivation to break through a plateau, train for a 1/2 marathon, and get into a smaller sized pant than I had seen in jr. high. I got pregnant with my daughter the Winter of 2008, aand couple weeks post-partum I plateaud where I am most comfortable - 161 lbs. Slowly, with a good diet the weight has come off, but I am ready to run again! :) I am ready to be in great shape - and not just "for having 3 kids."

Are you just getting started? If you need help, there are a few threads to help and always feel free to ask questions. I know time is a huge issue for most of us and these workouts are nice and quick. Some are a bit longer, but this sure beats my old routine that put me home around 8:15pm each night.

hey there i read that you are a doula! that is so awesome! how did you get into that? i really would like to work toward a profession working with pregnant women and or infants, that isnt nursing.
