*** Update: I have the article but can't find a link for it to send to you. Here's what I used and it worked great. The Couch to 5k is also a great program! Don't feel pressured to do anything differently than what you are doing now! You are on the right track already!
Run-Walk This Way Start Finish each workout with five minutes of walking. Then, alternate the following run/walk ratios for 30 minutes.
