Hey there, welcome to Fibro Friends! You've joined an incredibly supportive team. We're here for your weight loss, fitness, motivation. It looks like you don't have a diagnosis yet, but given enough similar symptoms and experiences, I hope we can be of help. Fibro and similar conditions do change losing weight & getting fit - but they don't stop us unless we let them. Even having a day full of obstacles & not letting that stop us the next day is progress. Make it a goal to make progress every day, even when all you do is 10 minutes of slow stretching in a couple 5 minute sessions. It will make so much difference.
This forum, including the Reading Room, is full of fibro resources. Spark's tools are fantastic, I couldn't do this w/o the trackers. There's so much to learn, articles and slideshows & videos, including Coach Nicole's workout videos. The support is the best part & it's endless!
