And... Again

This is tough.. i've been in this place (restarting SP) a few times... just need to bloody well stick with it!!!!

My goal.. get from 101kg (my current weight) down to 95kg (my weight 2 years back), and then after that, 90k and beyond.

I walk and ride the stationary bike, and also, when my knee permits, skate (inline).

Hello !!! I came upon your page as I was "page surfing" Spark Teams and saw that you are from Australia. I teach (prek and Kindergarten as well as am charge of before and after school care) and try to include as much Social Studies as I can. I would like to know more about Moomba if I could. I heard that it was a celebration in Australia that deals with boat races and clowns ? I don't think that is right.....could you help me with any info ??? Thank you !!!!

Hi, I'm Terri and I'm on a mission. Not the normal, ordinary, SPARK mission...but a mission to help my MP3 LOVERS UNITE team grow and to get some guys to join! As of now, we are a team of 47 with only two guys! (Update: 57 with 10 guys!) They don't mind being the only guys...but I thought I would try to even things up a little bit, while recruiting new members.
If you like music, whether you have an MP3 player or not, we'd love to have you! We're all working toward the same (but different!!) goals ... a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE and for many of us...music makes the journey so much easier and a LOT more fun!
Keep on SParkin'... You're WORTH IT!
T
